Descaling and anti-corrosion membrane water purification equipment

Integrated anti-scaling and anti-corrosion membrane equipment, combining ultrafiltration with multi-alloy anti-scaling, anti-fouling and anti-corrosion technologies, removes turbidity, microorganisms, bacteria and viruses. Its multi-alloy tech alters ion-acid radical combination conditions to prevent scaling and extend membrane cleaning cycles. The system includes membrane frames/pools, pumps, pipelines, valves, scale removal units, instruments and controls.

BRISK Reverse Osmosis Technology

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a common membrane treatment and purification process. By applying high pressure to the water inlet side of the membrane system, water permeates from the membrane feed side to the other side (i.e., the product water side). In this process, most of the dissolved salts, particles, organic molecules, bacteria, viruses, pyrogens, heavy metals and other components in the raw water are retained and finally discharged as wastewater.

To meet higher purity requirements, secondary reverse osmosis, EDI, polishing resin and other technologies can be further integrated to remove trace ions and impurities remaining in pure water to reach ultra-pure water level.

Advantages

2. The system can choose heat disinfection RO membrane and heat disinfection EDI to realize online hot water disinfection of the whole system.

3. The raw water pump and the first and second stage high-pressure pumps are all controlled by frequency conversion, which can not only realize different pressure control under various operating states of the filter and softener, but also realize low-speed and small circulation of the produced water in the machine when the system is on standby, which greatly reduces the chance of microbial growth and effectively saves energy.

4. The terminal product water of the system adopts a dual-channel water supply mode, that is, when the product water is qualified, the product water enters the pure water storage tank through two pipelines; when the product water is unqualified, the product water circulates through two pipelines and then flows back to the intermediate water storage tank. When the pure water storage tank is full, it also automatically switches to the circulation pipeline to run, effectively avoiding the existence of empty pipes and ensuring no stagnant water.

5. Welding quality: high-purity argon protection automatic track welding is adopted to ensure welding quality.

6. Control system: PLC automatic control technology, which can provide various communication modes and can provide an operating system conforming to 21CFR PART11. The automatic control system can conform to GAMP5.
